The kind of mom I am...

My sweet Landon gets scared very easily. Yesterday Sloan was being a "dinosaur" and roaring through the house. Every time he roared, Landon got all teary and his little lip pooched out further and further. Instead of stopping this torture, I took pictures, because as my friend Nicole said in a recent post - that's the kind of mom I am!
This is after the first roar. It's his first plea for help. This is the warning look. He's about to blow. Now I'm starting to feel a little guilty. Maybe I should put a stop to this.Okay, I can't take it anymore. I must stop the torture.

I love it! I just think that we're going to look back at this kind of picture when the kids are grown and think it's hilarious.

He's such a cutie!

You are too funny! Landon is darling. I'm glad you helped him out of his misery :) Maybe the brief delay toughened him up a little bit!

Sam was tenderhearted like that, too. Anytime the boys got in an argument, he would pucker up and break into tears. Maybe our third borns will be empathetic.

so funny! i think you'll be glad you have these pics! i wish i had a picture of the way i found hudson the other day when he was supposed to be taking a nap - he had gotten his foot stuck b/t the slats & the mattress & couldn't move from his standing position. his eyes were closed, & he was resting his head on his arms that were on the railing - falling asleep standing up!!! he had been fussing (which he normally does) for about 30 mins, but we hadn't checked on him b/c we were busy cleaning. i guess that's the kind of mom i am! i felt so bad!

thanks for the thoughts on my blog - let me know what you find out...
